Forum is completely mucked up

My forum is completely mucked up at the moment. I have two and this one (the better one) has gone completely weird. I can't even get into the Acp because of the muck up. Everything just doesn't work on it.
What can I do?

Go into the admin panel by.using this,
http://youraddress/admin
Once you get into the admin panel, see if you could change the skin. See if that works.

Didn't work, because I have to reauthenticate myself, it just won't let me.

Hello Starzy,

I have looked at your forums and it looks fine to me on Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. Try clearing your cache and see if that helps.

Thats kind of wierd, cause I'm an Internet Explorer user as you can see. I can't access the site at all. It just does what shows in first post.

I've found out that my forum only works for me on Phbb2 which is the worst of the lot. All the other nice ones like this, don't work for me
