footer links

First topic message reminder :

can anybody tell me the css code to remove all the footer links please. i see a moderators as done it on is forum so if he can do it we should be able to do it as well.

here are the forums that haven't got a footer links.

to make things clear : deleting our footer isn't tolerated and could bring you in the future to get your forum deleted.

when i purchased templates and still when i go there to edit, it says if i edit the footer i have to atleast link back to phpbb.com. so editing the footer and leaving that is appropriate as far as i see it, correct?

what if the footer is still there, but there is no links?

I thought I was making that clear Typlo. But it is OK to edit the footer as long as you link back correct?.

Instead of just link they can put images etc?

these people shouldn't doing, simple as mate i'm getting punished because my forum is bigger most other members. this time next year i'm going have to pay £108 to remove the forumotion google ads

on my forum my are increasing 50 per day so this time next year i wil have to pay £108

Then why point to my site when my footer links back to forumotion? What trouble are you trying to create?

why should you be able to get away with it & people like me who bring more people to forumotion as to pay more to remove forumation google ads,

Please forgive my ignorance Steve, but is it the more members you have on your forum the more it costs to have google ads removed? Is that how i read it?.. and please don't jump down my throat if i misinterpreted your post.

what he is saying it that his site is growing everyday (more members, posts etc) and because of that the cost of removing ads is increasing every day.

Bump...I was told there is a certain code which gets rid of these links. Does anyone know or have the code?

You don't need a code if you're using phpbb2. Just edit it in templates.

What do I have to edit? I'm not good with codes etc.
