Making Signatures and Blinkies

hi all

Can any-one advise what software I need to make my own signatures and blinkies?

I've googles and come up with zero.

Have tried photoshop, but having a bad time with it.

You mean you need signature that blinks?
You can create sigs in Photoshop easily.
It doesn't require much skill.
