I Need Help in creating a redirect Page

I would like to create a redirect page of which it will redirect to post link after the count down. Where as post link is the link in my post and when I click on the post link, a redirect page will appear and after the count down, it would directly go to the clicked post link. If anyone know please help me, thank you very much in advance.
