Question About Reaching the Administration Panel

I have searched this forum multiple times and still haven't found it. This issue has been happening for a while and it is really bothering me.

I made a forum (http://penguinplanet.top-me.com/) but I always have issues trying to reach the Administration Panel. I would click it every time and it wouldn't work. So then I would try re-administrating myself. So I filled in that information including my correct name and password but I would never be able to get to the actual panel.

It sounds confusing, but after trying to go to the panel, it wouldn't let me and would redirect me back to the re-adminstration page. I have tried restarting my laptop, shutting down my laptop, clearing my cookies, and clearing my cache. I do not know what to do and I need help!

Now I am having issues with banning members. There is this one person that needs to be banned due to multiple amounts of spamming but I have no idea how because I can't do anything. I go to his profile and say "Ban This Member" and it then says "You session has expired." I need major help because no one can control my forum unless this issue is fixed.

I forgot that mods and admins have personal things that I cannot do such as bold text. Are you serious? The staff here stinks and now my forum doesn't work at all and this spammer is out of control. I really need some one to help because I do not know what to do and I am not getting any help from the support forum. THANKS A LOT!

I have searched the forum many of times and only double posted because I need help. I know how to run many of these forums, but this problem has never happened. All of the responses were from you head Administrator and all he said was: "I will notify a technician" for all of the other users with this problem.

It's not by acting like you just did that it will make us want to help you.

If we insist about explicit title, it's because the search engine looks for keywords in the topic titles.

I ask you this question : Would you type "question" in the search engine to look for a topic ?

Have you read the board's general rules ?

By the way, I noticed that you are using AOL. Have you tried to use another browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla firefox, Opera, etc.) ?
