Where to unlock the website

Hello there,

Our website is locked (icon at the bottom right of the main page) and it seems our members cannot access the homepage except the admin
Can you tell me where I can unlock it, pls?

At the bottom of your forum you will have 3 icons 'new posts' 'no new posts' and 'forum is locked' these are only to let members know what each of the icons beside your forums represent.

If your forum is not allowing new members try these:

admin > general > forum - configuration > 'forum in construction' and forum on holiday' click no and save

admin > users and groups > users - users options > 'allow new members' click yes and save
