HTML Unlock

I'm an Admin of the site http://bigscreen.forumotion.com/ how do I Unlock HTML use for USERS

ON Post are you aloud to put embed stuff like on youtube! It works on when i look at preview then it the code changes and doesn't work

regular members can't use the HTML

Why not? It would be more fun if members could , as well as group owners, no?

Wait, isn't there a way in the members preferences to enable HTML for themselves?

I'm an admin of a forum and it's under preferences in my profile.

I'm the admin to my forum as well and it was located in there too..I just signed up to another forumotion site and it was available to active in my members preferences myself on there

There is also another HTML feature to unlock.

Go to Admin Panel / User Admin & Groups /
User and Forum Settings

close to the bottom it says
User and Forum Settings
and askes ALLOW HTML set to yes to embed things in posts like games
