Sorry but here is a place for graphic requests not for help...
Anyway you can use both free programmes and programmes that you need to buy.
The simplest programme is called Paint. It is a programme that's included in Windows.
Some good free programmes are Gimp and Paint.NET
Also you can buy a graphics programme as Adobe Photoshop.

I use ALOT of the Adobe Photoshop versions.
