Warn system

Hey guys,

Is there anyway i can add a warning system to my forums?.. i looked everywhere in the admin cp but i could not find it so is there anyway to add it? there is one in here which is cool but how to add to my own??

You have to make a personalized profile, which I've forgotten how to do. I'll look round and see if there's a guide for it
