Whats a good VIP package?

I'm setting up a VIP service and I'd like to know what the best sort of package I can give to them is? What sort of features can I offer etc.

I would suggest a forum for V.I.P members only, but I am not sure if that is possible.

You cant exactly give them other thing other than their own colour and a rank.

I have a forum called VIP Showcase where all of my VIPs post all kinds of things inside of their own little customized forum. Their forum would be named the same as their username
(Ex :
Username ~ BobJenkins
Custom Forum ~ BobJenkins)

I give my VIPs treatments and rewards for such great things they would do for the forum.
