Advanced Package ads bug

I just bought advanced package (monthly subscription) with ads disabled for members only, however it didn't disable ads for anyone.

Without disabling ads: 360 credits / month
With ads disabled for members: 440 credits / month

Which means that there couldn't be a mistake from my part because I paid 440 credits.

Does the ads disappear after you login?: That is what it means by members. You have to be logged into the forum.

Hello, no, not for members (admins can't see them anyway I think). Problem is that it shows that my purchased package doesn't remove ads at all:

But it clearly charged (and will charge again) me for price of with ads disabled for members because I chose that.
Before this I had annual payment, maybe this caused a bug somehow?

Hello @Tonight can you please take a screen shot of your paypal Account showing you paid the right amount of money and then a screen shot of the email you got when you had the payment took from your account.

Also can you take a screen shot of the following page on your ACP.

ACP >> Misc >> Credits and on the same page find >> Credits management >> Forumotion Packages I need to see the bottom part of the page that shows this >>

Thank you i got your PM and i have made a test account on your forum to test this in the name of FM support "Please delete it for me",
I can confirm that when logging in i see the ad's on your forum and you have paid to have them removed for members only.

I have sent online a ticket to out team and i hope to get a reply soon.

hello @Tonight

there was indeed a problem during the implementation of your package that prevented theactivation of the ads deletion. we apologize for that.

i manually added it and currently everything is ok. nevertheless, since the callback of the action comes from paypal, do not hesitate to come back to me next month if the package renewal is done without ads because it may be necessary in this case to cancel the wrong package in progress and put a new package back in place on a good basis
