you mean none to have acess to Show some error Like
The Board WAs disabeled?
or what so ever?

if thats yes then go to

Admin Panel>General>Configuration>Scroll Down and you`ll see


Forum in construction :
Yes No Customize


Forum on holiday :
Yes No
put both on yes?

You place the following transperant image in the website image space in Admin panel>Display>pics>Buttons
