Hi:

I have several forums and I would like to change one of them to Category
leaving the another as forums.

Delete that forum & create a new category.

I cannot delete the forum, I have hundreds of posts.

My question is: can I change a forum to be Category?

Exemple: Forum: Games I want to change to Category: Games

No you can't, you have to make a new category yourself like Sanket said.

a suggestion is that you make a new category and move your forum in it.

EX: Games forum go in Games category
