I have a problem on my forum.. i can't log-in into it..
who can help me here.. please..

What exactly happens. Give some more info, you lost your password etc?

hi! there.. thanx for responding to my problem..

im sure i didn't lost my password i'm very sure of it..
i've log-in just this morning and it log me in..
but after i had my lunch break.. it automatically log-out..
then when i try to log-in again it wont accept my password..
then i've tried to retrieve my password on my email but this is what it says:

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security
i think i did not activate this..

can you still help me?

Guys.. i've already reset my password on my email.. by using the recue tool

but still this is what it say..

You have specified an incorrect or inactive username, or an invalid password.

what else i could do? please guys help..
