Restrict members from adding photos

I have tried to restrict members adding large photos as it takes too long to load the page up, some dont always listen, so is there a way I can either restrict the size of photos they upload into a post OR stop certain members from adding photo links?

Well, I personnaly don't but I think there might be a size limit thing on uploading Picture's in the configuration. But I'm not sure. This probobly won't help. But if thier is a soulution I would like to hear it. I'm quite inerested aswell ^^". My only other soulution is maybe disable all bb-code so they cant upload image's. But them they cant use bold/italic ect stuff either

YES. You can restrict the size that they can upload. Go to Modules, Gallery, Upload. There you can restrict the size of the pics uploaded into the gallery.

not the ones loaded onto the gallery, the ones they are loading into posts via photobucket images.
