Members signing up, then disappearing?

I think I've had this happen twice with my forum. The first time, I just assumed that I had been trippin' when I thought I'd read that someone signed up, then went under the Admin panel and couldn't find them. But now I know for sure it's happening. Members sign up for my forum, I get the notification in my email, and then I go to approve them -- I've got it set up where I have to add them to a group for full forum access -- and they aren't there.

(Dunno if that'll be a visible link to anybody but me.) I notice it says status unregistered in the link. What would I need to do to? Is there a way to resend the activation email, or activate him? (And hopefully the other user it happened to a few weeks ago, too.)

In the admin panel go to Users and groups > in lefthand menu > Inactive users.
see if there are any listed there and activate them.

have you got your board set to accept new members

are the member unsubscribing?
