how about i ban member with dynamic IP ?

i do click IP at member's posts too much IP to do,,
banned member still can enter to my forum..
so what i've to do with these problem ?

hopes all of u can help me, & good answers

It might be possible that member is using a proxy.

Sounds like he is using a proxy. What I suggest is make your forum only admin can active new account

Admin Panel>>User & Options>> Admin Active New Users>>Save.

so what i've to do ?

banned his proxy ? , so other member can't enter my forum because use the same proxy set as provider settings!

Need Opinion Quickly for This Problem!
Leecher & Traitor free to enter to my forum..

Do as Mr Mario suggested, only activate those accounts which you are sure of are not him.
