I have noticed this option on vBulletin and phpbb3 but why not phpbb2

1.When a new user registers and posts that user must have a certain number of posts which have to be approved by a moderator before appearing on the forum?

2.Also there should be an option where a user has to have his posts approved if he has broken a rule, untill a moderator takes that restriction off!

I hope mine get done!

2 = WTF!? would not work.
