Moderation Before Post? Empty Moderation Before Post?

Hello,

I hope this is in the right section, but I have a question and I'm afraid that this cannot be done.

Is there any way to allow a ForuMotion forum to allow a moderator to preview a post before it is posted. Say for instance someone wanted to post, but they had to wait for a moderator's approval. Is there any way this can be done?
I have a forum that will be used among younger children along with older ones and I need to know this quickly. Please someone answer this.
