Reporting Forums

I'm just curious what ACTUALLY happens when you report forum for violating ToS... because more then 3 months have passed since i reported few forums for using copyright material, and STILL nothing happened.

So i'm just thinking is actually something GOING to happen or that report button is just there for no reason ?

Report an abuse button sends a report to the admin of the forum.

Report is being sent to the admin of the forum who is breaking the ToS ? HOW will that help ? He probably already knows he is breaking the rules...
