I don't know why Caihlem chosen to leave his Admin power... Anyway this has grieved my heart. Good luck Caihlem whatever you do in your life... Sad

Anyway, I hope that it's not as dramatic as I present it. When I think "Forumotion Support Forum" I imagine this forum with Caihlem as one of the Admins... I can't imagine it without you. Good luck and I hope that you chose wisely to leave the admin power.

After 3 years of service, you'd think people figured out it wasn't for the show.
If the post count is so high, it's because I used to do all the support alone.
If it doesn't happen anymore it's because I'm taken with other projects

People are expecting me to displace mountains, and live here.
I don't have the backbone to move the mountain
I prefer my life over the forum

The only thing I can still say to many members here is: Fuck you

Canceo: WTF?

Cailhem: another keyboard warrior, thinks he is a he-man (could do with a tour in Iraq on the front line)

Eximma: Why? very rarely on, just comes on now to throw his weight about yet another keyboard warrior see above.

Nessa: Lock it queen, although she is very good at pouring oil on troubled waters and one of the very few staff on there to actually have a forum of their own.

Skittles: Why? Gone totally ban happy of late, offers no constructive help any more yet used to and her knowledge of how the Internet works is very limited but she is always right even when very wrong (usually backed up with bans and warnings).

Luky: King of the "I lock this now" king of the cut and paste, limited knowledge but good with fm's search function and starting to improve with his handling of members.

Zinex: Why? very rarely on and the excuse of a young family is wearing thin, but one of the few staff members to have their own forum.

Jalokim: loves the adoration of his fan club and again why? Some of his graphics are sooo basic yet his fan club have orgasms about them admittedly he know graphics just isn't all that good at them.

Hellboy: very rarely on.

Sunnyd: Same very rarely on.

Placehold: they went wrong here as he has the knowledge and helps members.

Sanket: total lamo but kissed fm ass.

He spams like hell, acts like staff already, his knowledge is very very limited, kisses fm ass so much his nose is brown and his answers are usually wrong.
Perfect candidate by fm's existing standards lmao.

I found that post outrageous. Cherry was extremely harsh to all of the staff. It's a slap in the face to all the staff who actually do some good to this place.

ok just want to say one thing thankyou Cailhem for everything you have done for the site and you have helped everyone some way or another. Cheryblossom is just been a cow as she usually is your nothing like that will miss you Smile

In my opinion, Caihlem was the most helpful of the admins. He always replied to my pms very fast and with many details.

Caihlem don’t leave because of the staff bashers there are many here that respect what you do and we all need to start speaking up against all the negative comments and made up insults they were obviously going to have an effect on both moral and the staff i am glad to see you fighting back but do it has admin.

People lets ensure it’s the last and get Caihlem back.

I hope he does come back people on here need to wise up an make sure respect is shown a basic human need i hope cherry blossom gets IP banned and she’s just the tip of the ice berg i hope people now realise that constant attacks on staff mostly unfounded and always unneeded do affect the people behind the screen names Caihlem donated massive amounts of his time to this forum running it as admin and the members like myself that are the silent majority that respect the help we get need to speak out to ensure Caihlem returns and more staff dont leave.
