Forum background and size not updating

Hey,

I created a new forum this morning, and put up a new background which I really like. It appears in
the Administration panel but NOT on the actual forum!

Ok, go to ACP (Administration Control Panel) now go to Display> Look for Pics Managements> then u will see 2nd option Background Picture, click on wtv that image is then u can upload ur own at www.tinypic.com and paste "Direct Link" in Upload a Picture.
