Unwanted Ads... How to get them down?

I logged on to my forum the other day and there were Ads up that I didn't want there on the top and the sidebar. I contacted all of my Admins and none of them put them up. How do I remove them?

You will need to buy credits

Admin Panel>>Misc>>Buy Credits

Then Spend Credits>>Ads>>Choose how long you want to be gone for.

Exactly what MrMario said. Though, I saw something in another part of the admin panel for something similar.

How much does it cost to get credits?

for "Activate ads" put "Guests"

for "Text ads activation (underlined)" put no

This will reduce ads to the minimum

Thank you so much! I was afraid I'd have to dig into my savings account.

To remove all ads you can buy credits then spend to remove ads.
