My members cant post

I got information that my members cant post? 2 of my members said that... they think its a virus but i dont know what it is...
help...

Hello Coco,
Go to Admin Panel>General>Forum>Categories and forums>Forum Permissions Control>And look at this picture.
Make sure that the two circle icons on : Reply and Post are :Members instead of Admin or Groups.
If it says Admin or Groups,then:
Go to Admin Panel>General>Forum>Categories and forums>Click on the topic that says "Admin" or "Groups" > Permissions>You'll be on Forum Permissions Control then look for "Write topics or messages",press one then save.
Go to Admin Panel>General>Forum>Categories and forums>Forum Permissions Control>And look at this picture.
Make sure that the two circle icons on : Reply and Post are :Members instead of Admin or Groups.
If it says Admin or Groups,then:
Go to Admin Panel>General>Forum>Categories and forums>Click on the topic that says "Admin" or "Groups" > Permissions>You'll be on Forum Permissions Control then look for "Write topics or messages",press one then save.

i writed that only 2 members cant post... not all members!

Did they clear their cache, ask them to hit ctrl + F5. Then check if the problem persists.
