There is an option in the admin panel for ads only viewable for guests.
You wouldn't have to buy credits to use that

Go to the General tab>configuration

here are the options
You allow images and videos formats for your ads :
Yes/ No

Activate ads :
All/ Members and anonymous /Guest

Text ads activation (underlined) :
All /Members and anonymous/ Guest /No

you can only see the tab when u have little user. when your user became more, you wont get to see the tab
