How to remove 2 forums who i have here

Hello, i have 2 forums here from 2008 and i no remember password, i try to reset but not allowed for admin, can you help me to remvoe permanently thoose 2 forums!?

We can not delete a forum
Only the founder can delete it so if you are the founder
(log in to your admin panel ...general..forum deletion)

please do not send pms about the same issue

if you have not got access to the forum then please pm me the following information

- forum URL
- founder's username
- email you used to create the forum
