Need Staff Help With Forums/Category thing

Ok got this tutorial to work kind of. This is what it looks like on "My Forum" *Not Advertising*

Krazy_programming, as a member of both ur forum, and this forum, I CAN help you.

we have two options,
A) Promote me to admin, and ill fix it for you

B) You do the work - RE-COPY the code and place it back there, as the line (that u want) between the multiforum will then appear (as it should do automatically)

I may not be jalokim, or sanket or a member of staff, however I have set a billion of these up, and know it like the back of my hand

My apologies if this is not 'good enough' for you, considering im not jalokim or staff.
