Solved I can't restore my forum

I need to restore my mallforall and can't do it. I know how, but it keeps freezing up on me when I try to. Before this, I was trying to view different versions in my new site and I've even tried to apply the old theme of my site besides restoring it. Please help, thanks!

What exactly happens? Can you post a screenshot, also which browser do you use?
