Solved Timezones

I've think i've went through all the time zones but none of them are right for me im on the eastcoast, but it won't work, but i don't want it for me i want it to be right for everybody who visits my site.
P.s. Sorry sanket thought this be my last problem but right after i posted that other one i found another lol.

GM -5 hrs is what i have mine set for. (winter time)
DC/NY time

Did you change it in the admin panel as well as your profile?

Everybody, who visits your site can set the time in their profile according to their timezone.
