changing the colour not working

This is my forum and i have been changing the colours from a blue theme to a brown theme.
I have been using the section under display and colours in the admin panel, however when the forum loads it starts off with the new colours, but when it finishes loading it changes to blue and brown. I have changed all the colours so the dark blue shouldnt be showing up but it is.

Anyone know what i can do to solve this?

You need to change the pictures. To do so, Go to Display>> Pics management>> Advance Mode>> Header background image & Table's background image.


If you don't want any pics just delete them and it will be replaced by the colours.
