Gallery Problem and templates

I made a Gallery and activated it and put albums and categories in it but yet it does not show up on the navbar or anywhere on the site for that matter. The second of my problems is that I am an admin at two forums. One has a section in display where you can modify footers, headers and what not. But my other one doesnt even have the templates section there. I think the forum is messed up. americanwiileague.forumotion.com PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!

Do you have the gallery image in place? Display>PIcs Management

Also for your 2nd problem, its because you are probably using phpbb3 which does not allow template editing.
