yes there is a way to put solved on a post/thread and yes there is a place where yiou can activate the reports for your members

Yes you can add the solved topic icon by going to Display>> Pics management>> Advance mode>> Topic Icons>> Create.

You can activate the report post for members by going to General>> Reports>> Configuration>> Choose your setting and Save.
