i don't know how just u know when u go to forum page and way at bottom it says select a forum and then u can select which forum u want to view, well i want to change the color of that but i don't know how!!

I m not sure of what you exactly want, the color of the footer?

My guess is that he means the drop-down menu on the footer of the page, on which is written "Select a forum" and from which you can navigate to any of the sections of the forums.

If that is the case, I'm not sure. Would there be a section of the CSS for this?

I think that cannot be changed. I have tried changing it and I got no sucess.

yes ur right there got to be a way cause when i change colros for toher things it changes but i cant remeber what it is
