Syntax Error

We have been occasionally experiencing the following error message:

This appears often for the Chatbox, myself and my administrators of the forum seem unable to get rid of it. This error causes members to get logged out of the chat. It is an aggravation that I am afraid will cause people to not return one day.

What browser are you using?

I have members who use both Mozilla and Internet Explorer, this problem occurs not matter what browser used. I am unsure if this would cause a problem or not, and I am uncertain about such matters.

Thank you for any help you can provide, I hope it doesn't make it more difficult with different browsers in use, but I don't think that this is something that can be helped. And personally I use Internet Explorer, however I am not home at the moment so it is Mozilla....
