Hm...

Navbar :

♣ Nice gradient
♣ Nice that you added border to the text
♣ Perfect font / text effect ( not too standard, but still looking nice )
♣ Simple shape
♣ Perhaps border is a bit too strong

Ranks :

♣ I dont like mirror effect on text
♣ They are enormous. Simply enormous, thats a minus
♣ You have posted Administrator twice
♣ Background is very nice, i like the color transition
♣ Font is good

Navbar looks really good, but ranks are too big and the mirror effect doesn't really work... but nice job overall!

The NavBar is excellent.
