Stuff stolen from my site, being used on a forumotion forum

A forumotion site run by what seems to be a couple of 10-year olds had a few things that my site, www.chaoscoalition.net, has protected. This includes, but I'm sure there's more, graphics(banners, signatures, etc.) ripped from the Graphics staff of my site, information in topics, ripped from divisional staff of my site, and the denial of other stolen items. I don't think they believe the seriousness of this all, but legal action can be taken, but instead of doing so, I would have preferred to speak with a representative of their site. They promptly banned me at the first sign of trouble to their forum, so I came here, in hopes of talking to someone that can take care of this problem, without any unnecessary effort from my side. They've broken copyrights and agreements, but either don't know this, or are too young to care.

In the chatbox on their portal page, a coalition staff member was kicked/banned because they stated what they were doing, and then kicked once again because the 10-year olds didn't know who "Coalition_staff" was. More than one of them have been to my site, and had been banned for misconduct, so I'm concluding that they intentionally ripped what they took through this period.

What can be done from here?

I dont know why, but every time i read such threads i have only bad thoughts and all of them are related to "less" legal computer activities...
