As you can probably see, my country flag looks completely out of place. Is there any way to move the flag or the writing?

The image background is transparent and the flag is in the center. Which means it has extra space at the bottom, You can crop the flag so it will fit perfectly.

1) How do I crop it?
2) Can I not just move the writing upwards?

1. Use any image editing software.
2. Don't think so.
