I accidently deleted all the forums and topics and categories in my forum.How could I restore them??Please,help me!

That`s another problem.A friend of mine is the owner,but she didn`t take care of the forum,and she don`t want to give me her pass... ;(

It does not take anytime. But you need to do the proper restoration to the exact point till what you want.

The forumotion utilities automatically makes backups.

I need to back up all topics and posts from my forum since 1st july but i've just tried it. And nothing happens? It hasn't restored the forums?

Please help...
