Help with linking from homepage

Ok not sure wher to post this, but here it goes.

I am currently building a website, using the SBI system. I have created my forum here and wanted to have a link from my site to my forum.

Ok so they have a tool called Infin It, used to link third party sites, to your website.

This tool seems to be the only way to do it and have a button on the menu bar that will redirect me. I could insert a text link, but I really prefer to have a button.

So I entered all the information into Infin it, and it didn't work like it should.

Basically what I think is going on is that when you click the link, it is supposed to redirect to "forum.Mywebsite.com" which is supposed to redirect to "mysite.forumotion.com" however instead it will redirect to "forum.grafbb.com/" (not sure why)

I emailed SBI's tech support and they tell me that the link is working from their end, and I should contact the third party provider for help.

so anyone got any ideas?
