Permission Empty Permission

i made a warning level on profile field but moderator can't change it to next level warning, what should i do ?

I have a warning bar, and i made it for admin only ...or you should be able to change it to moderator...i dont think its available to both.

Change it to moderator, then maybe both admins & moderators will be able to do it. As it used to be earlier.

i set this permission is moderators.

but moderators can't change value or anything to modifiable by moderators
