Require age for registration

Can someone tell me how to set it so that age is required for registration?

Admin Panel>>User & Groups>>User Option>>Go all the way down then Birthdays set it what ever you want>>Save

That doesn't work. I set it and nothing changes.

Age is mandatory by default. The field named Birthday in the registration form.

p/s: You may want to have an additional rules for your forum which can be done by these steps: In ACP >> General tab >> Rules and FAQ >> Additional Rules.

No. When I click on the register button of my forum, no age is required!

Minimum user age : make it whatever you want.

Still not showing to include age during the registration process.

Can someone who knows what they're doing assist me?

Navigate to Users & Groups>> Profiles>> Fields>> Find "Birthday" and set it to Obligatory.

Once you made it obligatory to give your birthday, The age will be shown In their profiles.
