Too Long No Updated Empty Too Long No Updated

My forum is being plagued From No updated
------------------------------------------------
What i means is

  • Forum background will not update its all gray and been that way for days

    some people cant see the html pages i made

    sometimes the pages dont even load

    the scrolling announcements Will not update

    Points donation system does not update



Every day with this. Cant get anywhere just stuck
What can be done to fix this, and if you cant then replay with something reasonable
