Knowing Members ips

Is it possible to know all the members ips at once instead of checking one member ip from his post

You can see member's IP all at once if they are online, by going to Admin Panel, and there on the homepage you will see all of them, but, as far as I am aware, you cannot otherwise check them all in one go, you will have to check them individually. Just remember, the IP you see is where they wrote the message, but may not be their home IP, if you get what I mean.

but if anyone of my member haven't posted any post then what should i do

I believe there is no way of finding out. I have someone, who has never posted and just looked, cannot find any way of finding out.

so any other suggestion by any staff member to make me assure that there is no other way
