Reading PMs without the sender knowing

Hey!
I was wondering if there is a way, when you receive an e-mail about a private message, to also be able to read the actual PM from your e-mail. I mean, it's set to say something like "a user has sent you a private message. please log in to read it", but could the e-mail be like this: "X has sent you the following message: *insert message sent* "

Or then some other way to read the actual message without the person knowing, because if I read it, it goes to their sentbox, and they can see it's there. Maybe there is a way to mark the pm as unread after I read it, or something.
