i just bought 3000 credits i haven't still got them on my forum yet,

Give this upto 1 week, not everything can happen as soon as you hit "save/send"
please be a little patient.

Typlo only comes on weekdays. Give him time to get back to you. If he doesn't then send a PM to him and he will help you out.

I just purchaced 500 credits so I can edit my template but it still shows I have 0 credits. Does it take time for the credits to show or do I have some sort of issues happening?? Thanks for any help.

You may have to give it up to 72 hours for processing of your transaction to take place and be confirmed.

I purchased credits five days ago and my paypal account shows that the transaction went through. My account still shows no credits added. Is there something else I should be doing?

I posted on this thread because I thought it was appropriate. I read several of the threads on credits and then chose this one. After searching more I found there was another one that also applies. Titled "lost all my credits."

That one suggested I message Typlo. I will do that. Thanks.

I have exactly the same problem, I purchased 2000 credits 5 days ago to get the advertising off my site. And although my credit card has been charged I haven't recieved the credits yet.

How did you get on? Is it just a matter waiting a little longer?

Same Problem. Credit card charged and still 0 credits. Used US credit card. Does that not work?

I purchased credits because it said somewhere that it will only take 5 hours for them to be posted to the account. I REALLY NEED to have my website active with a single domain name by a 6 pm on Tuesday night - 26 hours from now - for a presentation I need to make. This forum is very time sensitive for my organization. Is there ANYTHING that can be done?

There might be alot of payments which could cause they credits to be delayed so what I would do is wait and also wait for typo's reply

Did you wait at least 72 hours?

Domain names take upto 2-3 days to activate fyi, so it wont happen.
Credits should be put instantly.

I'm having the same problem with my forum, www.therlsh.net... I accidently bought credits twice thinking that I didn't enter in the info correctly.

Its not showing for me either.

That's exactly what I did - do we have any recourse?

I personally am going to wait until they actually take the money out. I have another forum that I removed the ads with no problem. So I was kind of taken back by this.

I tried contacting the admin but it seems my problem is not resolved regarding my paying for credits and not receiving them in my account. Did the payment even go through, is now what I'm wondering?? Either way costumer service would help as I am a costumer....

BTW, please don't lock threads when they are not really resolved, when it's a money issue you should really make sure the topic is "Solved"

Sorry for poor forum manors but the other post was locked before it was resolved so I had to make a new thread. I have talked to Typlo with no luck on my situation, what else am I suppose to do??

All we can do is just wait. If he doesn't reply or anything we will still have to contact him again.

I get this same problem! The money went through on my PayPal account, showing that my account had paid. 24 hours + and still no credit

Google Ads have suddenly started appearing on my forum pages after we have been running for a month.

I understand I can remove these by spending credits.

I cannot find out how much credits cost to buy. I need to spend 100 credits a month to deactivate the ads.

How much are 100 credits please?

Admin Panel>> Misc>> Buy credits.

The plot thickens, don't feel bad I paid 3 times with not a single credit in return...

I have PMed Typlos with my reciept from my email and everything. But I still haven't received my credits. I did the transaction yesterday.
Can someone please check into it for me please.
