Credits not Received
Approximately how long does it take for one to receive the credits which they purchased? I purchased my credits early yesterday, [March 25th], but they still haven't come in yet.
I have the receipt if I need to show it to somebody.

I have the same problem as well, I purchased my credits on March 22 but still now haven't received it yet. Is there anyone that can help on this matter?

I purchased some yesterday and now I'm wondering how long it will take. Is this a common problem I understand 24-48 hours but it looks like some of you are beyond a week.
Seems like this needs looking into.

I still haven't received my credits. It's been almost four days. I want these credits now, our at least my money back. This is really starting to make me mad. I feel like I've been ripped off.

His PM Box is disabled. You can PM me the infomation and I will pass this on to him in the staff room, or you can wait till he returns. But it is all up to you if you want me to pass this info.

There is nothing we can do till Monday

[b]All I need to know is will we be definitly be getting them?.I can wait I just need to know if we have to do anything else to get them or is there some other process we have to go thru.To be honest this is not a very good way of doing things.We should be able to buy credits and get them asap not wait until someone comes back etc. and we definitly shouldn't have to PM anyone take a screen shot whatever and ask for them KW

Motomow it just a little problem. We dont have to take screen shots of the account on how you got them. The problem is that Typlo is out on Holitday for a while. Please read what I wrote before you post as your question is answered.

The last post that he sent was to send him a screen shot. And no we dont always have to do this everytime we do this. This is just a problem right now that is going on. I have no control over this I dont work for Forumotion.

Where to send screenshot for credits receipt.
MrMario, I too have have had problems getting my credits and Typlo told me to send him a screenshot a few days ago and I couldn't get done till today. Now that his box is disabled I cannot send it to him so I am sending you a PM with the screenshot. I appreciate you passing this on at your staff meeting.

I know that this is frustrating for everyone who has been affected but we all have websites and we all know how glitches happen. If we keep our cool and just attend to business we will get more things done. I have to agree if you're going to offer a service someone should always be around to deal with it at least when it comes to dealing with peoples money. I can understand for other issues but when it comes to me giving my money and having to wait till whenever to get the service I paid for I feel I have the right to be frustrated.
