Credits not Received

First topic message reminder :

Approximately how long does it take for one to receive the credits which they purchased? I purchased my credits early yesterday, [March 25th], but they still haven't come in yet.

I have the receipt if I need to show it to somebody.

I purchased 1600 credits to purchase a domain name for my forum March 29 and still haven't received them. In the past I've received them instantly. I've read 72 hours to receive them but I still have 0 credits. I tried sending a pm to Typlo and I dont' have that option. What can I do to get my credits asap?

Yeh i want to get a refund i have been waiting for 3 days now and havnt received them.... so it would be easier if you send me the money back when i provide the receipts and stuff because if i dont receive my credits or money back soon i will charge back and it will cost you more than what i paid for.

The techs are fixing this. Typlo is the one to contact for credits but hes out till Monday.

SO is the credits system as a whole Down???? Just wondering cuz i think one of my members donated a couple bucks to my site? I dont think he kept record bout it. Not to worried cuz it was like three dollars. But i Was just wondering if i should turn off my contribution thing until its fixed. Thanks I know you guys are kinda being driven crazy bout this subject.

and dont worry also the company will not waste your money
means sooner or later u gonna get them

I sent a PM to typlo and I still haven't received my credits that I purchased on the 30th of March can someone help me with this? What do I need to do in order to get my credits and is this an on going thing where it takes a long time to receive your credis?

PM him again as he doesnt get to all the PM in one day. He also doesnt work on the weekends only weekdays. I dont have access to that as I dont work for Forumotion.

If you want credits, then you should just buy them, you may not have any problem's with the credit's
