Music Problem

Ok I read the article on here about background music, I followed all the instructions made sure my music was the right format and everything, and it says its working, but it wont play! I hear nothing, and I promise you Im not deaf unless my mom is just some voice in my head! Can you please tell me whats wrong here?

I would also like to add that it worked once, and everytime after that it wont. Its on a loop too, and I have it hidden.
