How to delete ALL topics in a forum, except the stickied one?

you should have a bit on the bottom of your forum that will say mod this forum,
this is the only way you can mod the full forum in one go click that and then tick all the ones you want to remove and then click delete

If you just want it all done quickly, just delete the sectional forum then create a new sectional forum in its place.
