I dpn't want to sound like I'm being a moderator, but you posted this in the wrong zone,

However, yes it is possible, since it has been done. Unfortunately, I don't know how

No, it's not possible. And you would have had the same answer from any free forum provider. The database has been lent to you for free and you can't ask for retrieving it. All you can do is to copy-paste manually.

Dojeta, you have the answer in French : http://forum.forumactif.com/viewtopic.forum?t=80975

But if you want to translate it, you must ask for permission to the French support team. But I prefer that Peter does this work.

Thanks Katt, but look at these two sites please:

http://lgstar-headquarters.highforum.net/index.forum

and

http://lgstar.co.uk/ (or more precisely http://lgstar.co.uk/forum.htm)

In this case, the admin didn't change hors, he just used a redirection address, to shorten the forum address. Websites such as http://www.ulimit.com allow site admins to use a shorter address by redirection. I don't know if I'm clear enough, but you just have to look on the website I indicated to understand what I'm trying to explain.

Sorry but that subject has nothing to do in "General discussion" !! So for this time I'll move it into the right heading.

But please before posting anywhere, use the search button or read the headings at your disposal for you to know where to post each of your subjects. Thank you.
